Good and bad news about WOW server status for players of World of Warcraft. The game server will be stopped for 24 hours and we think the Europe servers will be down too. The reason is the Cataclysm update.
This update is huge and need to be tested. So World of Warcraft will be closed for 24 hours and changes will be uploaded for the Cataclysm update, but for now, not for normal users.
That means we are getting closer and closer , and soon we will be albe to try the new expansion.
This is a chance for many players to take a break and actually do something out-doors!

Headliners for the 2010 three day festival include Green Day, Lady Gaga and Soundgarden. August 6-8 are the big days for the festival at Grant Park in Chicago. The schedule has been released and you can check it out here.

Phils give Ryan Howard five-year extension
The Phillies have finally showed Ryan Howard the money.
Howard, the 2006 NL MVP, signed a five-year extension Monday that guarantees him $125 million. The Phillies hold a club option for a sixth year that could elevate the total value of the deal to $138 million.
Under terms of the deal, Howard will make $20 million in he 2012 and 2013 seasons and $25 million per year from 2014-16. The club option is worth $23 million with a $10 million buyout. The extension includes awards bonuses and a limited no-trade provision.
Howard, a two-time All-Star, was the NL rookie of the year in 2005. In his MVP season the following year, he set a Phillies single-season record with 58 home runs.

However, users who tried to use the Quickbooks online login this morning were confronted with an error message. The official Quickbooks online Twitter responded at about 10 a.m. Pacific time, saying “Our team is working on getting QuickBooks Online back up.”
